Bridge middle — before you argue

I am writing this because the hall keeps a shorter version of bridge middle — before you argue than the one I lived through. If you only heard it at the table after bread, you might think nothing happened. Something did.

If you disagree, say it before Friday twenty minutes, or write mail. A thread that grows on Saturday without a note becomes a rumour, and Sander will read the rumour as bread.

Same thread next month if needed. Until then: boots, paper, mail, Friday.

Boots on the step. Always.

Counted twice because I do not trust my own memory after bread.

Train was late. Bus was not. I still made Friday. Thin and true beats a calendar of maybes.

No drama intended.

Writing so Saturday does not become detective work.

The orchard is wet. The barrow is where Lena said. I did not improve either situation.

Mail if it is a bed question.

Boots on the step. Always.

Agreed. I will not be interesting about it.

My boots are on the step. Green pair. If they are in your way, move them one metre, not into the long room.

No drama intended.

Locked bike, wet railing.

I read the bulletin about the fall garden: 7 vegetables to start growing now on the way in. I am not asking for a second meeting about it.

Jan-timmermans here. If the path is soft, the wheelbarrow waits. If the jetty is busy, you ask the afternoon you want a boat. If the cellar bulb is on when you leave, Anouk will know before the jars do.

The paper is not the door list. Marek still reads mail before Friday. Two lines. An evening that is real. Talk can argue after bread; it cannot become bread.

If this thread is still alive next week, I will delete my own enthusiasm and leave one sentence. Until then: boots outside, map folded, boats tied.

Quick reply

Uses the name from Register on this computer. Other beds will not see it until you also say it on Friday.
